Need to Return or Exchange?

Items may be returned and refunded/exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in the same condition in which they were sold, including all tags still attached.

Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and checked.  Please note that refunds may take a few days to show in your bank or PayPal account.

Discounted and sale items are non-refundable but a credit note will be issued or an exchange made to the same value.  If the exchange item is to be posted the additional postage cost will need to be paid.

It is strongly advised that returns are posted using a track and sign option.
